Product Consultant

Position: Product Consultant Location: Bangalore Role Overview The Product Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand, adopt, and maximize value from our product. This role requires strong product knowledge, customer interaction skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective product usage. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Product Expertise & Advisory •     Develop deep understanding of product features, functionality, and integrations. •     Deliver product demos, presentations, and training to customers. •     Guide clients on best practices and optimal use of the product. Customer Requirement Mapping •   Understand client business needs and map them to product capabilities. •   Support solution design, configuration, and customization as required. •   Provide consultative insights to improve customer outcomes. Implementation & Onboarding •  Assist in onboarding new customers—setup, configuration, and go-live support. •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation. •  Troubleshoot product issues and ensure timely resolution. Customer Support & Relationship Management •   Serve as a point of contact for customer queries related to product usage. •    Monitor product performance and user engagement. •    Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or product expansion. Feedback & Continuous Improvement •   Capture customer feedback and share insights with product and engineering teams. •   Suggest enhancements to improve product usability and customer experience. •   Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.   Required Skills & Qualifications •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or Engineering preferred •  3-6 years of experience in MT, consumer electronics, retail •   Managed Promoter teams before, someone with MT dynamics Preferred Skills •   Team Management •   Store Compliance •   Analytical mindset •   Problem solver & quick decision maker •   Assertive •   Disciplined •    Loyal Personal Traits • High emotional Intelligence • Confidence & assertiveness •  Positive attitude •  Commanding presence •  Integrity & Reliability
