Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Architect &Innovator:Work alongside the sales team to gain a deep understanding of customer requirements andcraft tailored solutions that seamlessly integrate into their large-scale operations. Showcasethe capabilities of our No-Code/Low-Code platform by delivering engaging and customizedproduct demonstrations that illustrate how it can transform their business processes.2. Customer-Focused Product ConsultationEngage in detailed consultations with customers to identify their core needs, pain points, andbusiness goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide valuableinsights and strategic recommendations. Translate customer feedback into actionableproduct development suggestions, helping to shape the evolution of our platform to bettermeet market demands.3. Customer Success Advocate:Take ownership of the entire customer journey, from pre-sales through post-delivery,ensuring a seamless, positive, and empowering experience. Lead customer onboarding,guiding them through the features and functionalities of our No-Code platform. Maintainproactive engagement with clients to anticipate and resolve any challenges, fostering longterm success and satisfaction.4. Delivery Leadership & Implementation:Lead the implementation of our No-Code/Low-Code platform, ensuring smooth and efficientdelivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful product deploymentand ensure customers are fully supported throughout the onboarding process. Providehands-on guidance to ensure that our platform delivers maximum value and a seamlesstransition for the customer.5. Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with our customers, positioning yourself astheir go-to expert for ongoing support and solutions. Monitor customer satisfaction andcontinuously engage to address concerns and improve their experience. Ensure thatcustomers feel valued, supported, and confident in their use of our platform.6. Growth Strategist:Identify opportunities for upselling additional products and services by understandingcustomer needs, platform usage, and business objectives. Work closely with the sales team topresent new solutions that enhance the customers experience and drive further value,contributing to both customer success and revenue growth.
