Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Product Management Intern to assist in shaping and enhancing user experiences on Kettos platform. As a PM intern, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to the ideation process, and assist in building and optimizing features that drive user engagement and platform efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Work with senior product managers to understand user needs, market trends, and business goals.

Assist in defining product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and creating detailed specifications.

Collaborate with design and development teams to prototype and launch new features.

Support data analysis initiatives to track product performance and user behavior.

Engage in user feedback sessions and translate findings into actionable insights.

Participate in product review meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation within the platform.

Help document product workflows, user guides, and training materials.

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Basic understanding of product management principles and software development life cycles.

Proficiency in using product tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms is a plus.

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is beneficial.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
