Product Consultant -AI/ML/Cloud Products

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Product Consultant with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in product consulting, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles. You will be responsible for demonstrating AI/ML/Cloud products, addressing customer needs, and providing technical guidance to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Demonstrations: • Conduct engaging and informative product demos for potential and existing customers. • Showcase the value proposition of AI/ML/Cloud products and how they address customer pain points. 2. Customer Engagement: • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during the presales and post-sales process. • Understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations and solutions accordingly. 3. Technical Expertise: • Provide deep technical knowledge of AI/ML/Cloud products, including architecture, features, and use cases. • Assist customers in integrating AI/ML/Cloud solutions into their existing workflows. 4. Solution Design: • Collaborate with customers to design and propose AI/ML/Cloud-based solutions that meet their business needs. • Create proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions. 5. Pre-Sales Support: • Work closely with the sales team to support the technical aspects of the sales cycle. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and RFPs (Request for Proposals). 6. Feedback Loop: • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and engineering teams to improve product offerings. • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap and feature development. 7. Industry Knowledge: • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and Cloud technologies. • Share industry insights and best practices with customers and internal teams. Qualifications 1. Education: - bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 2. Experience: - 6-8 years of experience in product consulting, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles. - Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Proven track record of delivering product demos and technical presentations to customers. 3. Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and use cases. - Proficiency in Cloud computing, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models. - Experience with data analytics, big data tools, and APIs. - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 4. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. 5. Certifications (Preferred): - Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional ML Engineer). - Certifications in Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure AI
