KRA2 Consumer and Market In sighting Understanding of Consumer Profiles, impact of catchments/ buying behaviors on elements of channel strategy such as store locations, merchandise, staff service etc. Market research tools, tactics, principles and practices, understanding of competitor and industry dynamics.
