Product Application Chef - Bakery

As a Product Application Chef based in Chennai, your role will involve supporting customers and sales teams across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala & Telangana. You will focus on customer engagement, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical application support to drive product adoption in the South Zone. Key Responsibilities: - Work alongside the sales team in Chennai for client visits and conversions. - Conduct live product demonstrations, training, and trials at customer sites. - Provide on-site technical support and resolve application-related challenges. - Develop and adapt recipes to cater to local markets and customer needs. - Share customer feedback and insights with R&D and Marketing teams. - Represent the company at workshops, exhibitions, and trade events in South India. - Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala & Telangana while being based in Chennai. Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Baking & Patisserie. - 2-6 years of experience as an Application Chef, Bakery Chef, or in Culinary/Bakery R&D. - Strong product knowledge in bakery, confectionery, desserts, or food service. - Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and collaborate with sales. - Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam) is advantageous. - Must be currently based in Chennai and willing to travel frequently within South India.,
