We are looking to hire a data analyst to join our data team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.

We’re looking for

• 1 to 3 years of experience working on innovative

  consumer internet products

• SQL Mastery: 1+ years of experience optimizing SQLs for complex queries over large tables in an analytical database like Redshift, Big Query, etc. will

  put you at an advantage

  in this role

• We care the most about

  your ability to juggle between quick time-sensitive analysis and comprehensive tear-down of user behavior.
• Table Design: Should be able to build optimized database tables for complex queries.
• Data Manipulation and Visualization in R / Python is desirable but not compulsory
• Experience in building or working with an early-stage tech product startup would be a plus
• Ability to break down complex problems, identify use cases and solutions that can be reused across multiple areas
• Good skills with a strong grasp of both technical and business perspectives.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects.
• Enjoy working in both individual and team settings.

• You are the guiding light for product, design, and business teams.
• You provide actionable insights which will drive feature prioritization and development.
• You will build dashboards and set up data pipelines to turbocharge our decision-making and pace of execution
• You ensure that product decisions are based on strong logical rigor and in-depth analysis, and value data over opinions

Bonus Points

• You have gone through rapid growth in your company (from startup to mid-size)
• You have experience decomposing a large monolith into microservices.
• Experience in Google Firebase / Web sockets
• Experience in live streaming platform
