Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team. You ll work closely with the Product team to analyse data, uncover insights, and help shape product experiences used by millions of users. This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical problem-solving with direct exposure to users and real-world healthcare challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Use analytics tools (Mixpanel, Redshift, etc.) to analyse user behavior and product performance

Write efficient SQL queries and build reports/dashboards to track key metrics

Translate data into actionable insights to support product and business decisions

Interact with customers (calls, field visits) to gather feedback and understand needs

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve product experience

Communicate findings clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We re Looking For

2 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst (experience in startups/healthtech is a plus)

Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into insights

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hands-on, proactive approach with willingness to engage with users directly
