  • Manage and quality-check all incoming

  • Coordinate with editors, motion graphics artists, designers, retouchers, and finishing artists for daily task allocation and creative oversight.
  • Ensure continuity and version consistency across multiple markets, languages, ratios, and formats.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-driven approach.

Workflow, Tracking & Operations

  • Maintain

    master trackers

for inflow/outflow of assets, version history, delivery timelines, and missing file dependencies.
  • Implement structured workflows that support efficient handling of

    high-volume

    adaptation work.
  • Monitor project progress across different time zones to ensure delivery commitments are met.
  • Flag risks proactively, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and create escalation paths where needed.

Client & Agency Communication

  • Serve as the primary

client- and agency-facing point of contact

    for all post-production discussions.
  • Translate feedback, global guidelines, and requests into clear, actionable briefs for the internal post team.
  • Present work confidently to stakeholders and manage review and approval cycles.

Team Leadership

  • Oversee the daily workload and output of internal post artists.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with global quality expectations for the FMCG brands portfolio.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, precision, and operational discipline.

Global Readiness & Flexibility

  • Coordinate with global teams across time zones — flexibility for extended communication hours when required.
  • Manage urgent requests and last-minute changes with composure and clarity.

Qualifications & Core Skills

  • 4–8 years of experience in

    client/agency management

supported by solid production and post-production knowledge, ideally within global or high-volume environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills — able to manage

    across markets.

  • Ability to operate effectively in

    dynamic environments

    , with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with asset management systems, naming conventions, version control, and delivery pipelines.
  • Understanding of technical file formats, codecs, resolutions, and export specs is an advantage.
  • Positive, solution-first mindset; highly proactive.
