Producer (versioning)

As a Producer for a multinational FMCG brands portfolio, your role will involve overseeing post-production workflows for both video and print adaptations. You will be responsible for managing a team of editors, motion designers, artwork specialists, and finishing artists to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of a large volume of asset adaptations. Your calm and structured approach, along with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end post-production for video adaptations, including various changes like logo, VO, pack updates, supers, legal changes, and music swaps. - Manage and quality-check all incoming global master assets to ensure compliance with brand and technical standards. - Coordinate with different creative teams for task allocation and creative oversight to maintain continuity and consistency across markets, languages, ratios, and formats. - Maintain master trackers for assets, version history, and delivery timelines to support efficient workflows and monitor project progress across time zones. - Serve as the primary point of contact for client and agency communications, translating feedback into actionable briefs and confidently presenting work to stakeholders. - Provide team leadership by overseeing the workload and output of internal post artists, ensuring alignment with global quality expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and operational discipline. - Coordinate with global teams across time zones, managing urgent requests and last-minute changes with flexibility and composure. Qualifications & Core Skills: - 4-8 years of experience in client/agency management with a strong background in production and post-production, ideally in global or high-volume environments. - Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously across different markets. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with global clients. - Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving abilities and experience in asset management systems, naming conventions, and version control. - Understanding of technical file formats, codecs, resolutions, and export specifications would be advantageous. - A positive, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work.,
