Procurement Specialist

What you'll Do

• Validate high-volume PRs for completeness, approvals, and budget alignment.

• Convert approved PRs into POs and ensure correct vendor, price, and delivery terms.

• Supplier onboarding via ERP tool

• Coordinate with the supplier/ finance/accounting team for PO and invoice matching (2-way match).
• Maintain and update vendor master data regularly. Resolve vendor queries related to payments, PO status, and documentation.
• Create RFx in the Sourcing tool- invite bids- shortlist suppliers -analyze the response and take a lead in closing the Sourcing event
• Redline and negotiate with the supplier on the business/commercial terms of the contracts.
• Manage the contact redline of the agreement and become the point of contact between the supplier/ business and the legal team.
• Work with Finance, Accounts Payable, and Legal for approvals and payments.
• Manage the professional services SOW/CO engagement -

• Creation of Contract (manual upload in the ERP tool)

• Maintain the supplier onboarding lifecycle / online and manual process
• Help User/supplier conduct a training/guidance session on the procurement process including invoice submission /supplier onboarding

What you'll Bring

• Bachelors degree in accounting/finance/science/ along with an MBA in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Procurement domain
• Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting standards will be preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with any Procurement ERP Ivalua/Coupa/ARIBA software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Flexibility to work with team members in different time zones as needed, particularly during the month-end close
• Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills, and stay relevant to business demands
