🚀 About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our onsite team in Noida . If you have strong experience in end-to-end procurement (global exposure preferred) and a solid background in IT procurement , this role is perfect for you! 🔑 Key Responsibilities ✔️ Manage the entire procurement cycle — from sourcing and negotiation to purchase and delivery. ✔️ Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability. ✔️ Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve supply or delivery issues promptly. ✔️ Coordinate with internal teams to meet procurement needs and timelines. ✔️ Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management. ✔️ Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budgets. ✔️ Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for informed decision-making. 🎯 Requirements 🔹 2–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management (preferably with global procurement exposure). 🔹 Experience in IT procurement will be an added advantage. 🔹 Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. 🔹 Proficiency with procurement tools/ERP systems and MS Office. 🔹 Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 🌟 What We Offer ✨ Performance-based salary structure. ✨ Work-life balance (Monday to Friday schedule). ✨ Collaborative, growth-focused environment. ✨ Opportunity to work on global procurement operations.
