Job Description

As a Procurement Specialist at EIndustrify, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing industrial procurement by combining e-commerce, procurement services, and innovative technology to connect suppliers and customers seamlessly. Your role will involve developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, optimizing supply chain operations, and ensuring seamless service delivery to customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Handling end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, and purchase orders. - Collaborating with vendors to secure the best terms for pricing, delivery, and quality. - Managing the RFQ-to-PO lifecycle efficiently and accurately. - Overseeing the complete lifecycle of procurement operations, from sourcing products to delivering them to customers. - Coordinating logistics and delivery schedules for timely and cost-effective fulfillment. - Partnering with logistics providers and shipping carriers to address and resolve delivery issues. - Identifying and onboarding new suppliers to expand the network and product offerings. - Maintaining strong relationships with key vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain. - Analyzing market trends and pricing for cost-effective purchasing. - Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Supporting the training and mentorship of junior procurement staff. - Working with the Technology team to enhance procurement processes through ERP integration and automation. - Leveraging data analytics to drive procurement decisions and reporting. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). - 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role, preferably in power, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. - Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), or equivalent certifications preferred. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (experience with tools like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms preferred). - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
