Procurement Manager

As a Procurement Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end procurement for data center and IT infrastructure equipment. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end procurement for data center and IT infrastructure equipment, such as power, cooling, networking, and facility materials. - Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality standards. - Identifying, evaluating, and managing vendor partnerships to ensure performance, compliance, and reliability. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and SLAs to achieve the best value and long-term cost benefits. - Collaborating with engineering, operations, and finance teams for demand forecasting and procurement planning. - Maintaining accurate procurement records, reports, and performance dashboards. - Driving process improvements and implementing procurement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred). - 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in data center / IT infrastructure / telecom. - Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in ERP tools, MS Excel, and procurement systems. - Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance standards.
