Role Overview
We are looking for a Procurement Manager who is both creative and structured in identifying, onboarding, and managing vendor partners across events, weddings, production and entertainment projects. The role requires strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and the ability to establish reliable, cost-effective, and quality-driven vendor ecosystems for LWP.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Sourcing & Development
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard creative and high-quality vendor partners across dcor, production, fabrication, artists, AV, technical, logistics, hospitality and other event categories.- Build a structured vendor database with clear categories, capabilities and rate cards.- Continuously explore new suppliers, technologies, and innovative solutions relevant to events and creative production.Procurement & Commercial Management
- Manage procurement for all events and projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, timelines, and deliverables with vendors.- Ensure cost optimisation without compromising on quality and design intent.- Obtain multiple quotations, compare value, and ensure transparency.Process & Structure
- Implement structured procurement processes, documentation, and approval systems.- Maintain purchase orders, contracts, rate agreements, and vendor performance trackers.- Work closely with the finance team on billing, payments, reconciliations, and compliance.Coordination & Execution
- Collaborate with creative, production, operations, and event teams to understand requirements and timelines.- Ensure vendors deliver on time and to required specifications during events.- Troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless execution on-ground.Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related fields.- 3-6 years of procurement experience; experience in events, production, entertainment or hospitality preferred.- Strong negotiation, documentation, and vendor management experience.Key Competencies
