Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day procurement of raw materials, packaging, and restaurant supplies. Maintain optimal stock levels across restaurants, warehouses, and online fulfillment centers. Develop and manage relationships with vendors, farmers, and suppliers. Negotiate prices, contracts, and credit terms to ensure cost efficiency. Track inventory movement, monitor wastage, and implement controls to minimize losses. Coordinate with kitchen teams, retail, and export divisions to forecast demand. Maintain purchase and inventory records in software/Excel for transparency and reporting. Ensure timely inward of stock and smooth logistics. Conduct regular audits and stock reconciliations.
