- As a Procurement Manager you will work within Operations team for the purchase of commercial parts, mechanical parts machined and\/or fabricated, loose components or sub-assembled groups
- You will be responsible for the procurement process starting from the suppliersselection, qualification in link with QAQC and Expediting team, procurement strategies definition, purchase order issuance and contracting signature at competitive price withing the assigned budget and in line with proper cost analysis, post PO follow up and on time delivery guarantee
- Youll be responsible for the management and resolution of disputes and\/or any non-conformities which may arise during the supply of the goods, coordinating a dedicated team to achieve assigned target

Main Task:
- Scouting and benchmark of suppliers;
- Preparing and sharing RFQ with technical documentation;
- Evaluate the offerts in terms of cost, quality and lead time and align the same, prior negotiation, from the techno\/commercial point of view;
- Negotiate the best conditions and issue \/ sign purchase contract;
- Monitoring and Ensuring the suppliersperformances during the execution phase;

Technical school diploma or masterdegree in Engineering;
Knowledge of both written and spoken English
At least 3\/5 yearsexperience procurement\/supply chain management within steel related manufacturing companies (steel making or plant making companies);
Availability to business trip world - wide about 20-30% of time
