Procurement Executive

• Position: Accounts Executive
• No. of Positions: 1 No (preferred Female only)
• Experience: 0 - 2 years
• Location : Chetpet , Chennai

• Working time: 9.30 to 6.30 (Mon- Sat)

Candidate Profile:

• UG degree in accounting, or a related field.
• Should have minimum of 2.5 years experience in accounts field
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally, ERP, SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Extremely high proficiency in English. We need only candidates with excellent spoken and written English
• Knowledge in Supply chain management & Logistics
• Preferred nearby or within 10 km radius candidates.
• Preference for Hindi Speaking Candidate as add-on Qualification
• ready to join immediately

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate material rate records, including discount structure
• Material Followp & negotiate the customer
• Prepare and Purchase Order and payments.
• Assist in financial reporting.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements.
• Maintain records, documents, and files in an organized manner.
• Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in supply chain management and logistics.
• handling the creditors report

Mandatory Skill Requirements:

• fresher - 2 years' Work experience in Procurement / Accounts.
• excellent skills in MS Excel/Word /Power Point & Tally.
• Analytical skills with ability to prepare reports as required by Management.
• Excellent Communication & Reporting Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
