Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily market rates and managing the sourcing of fresh fruits and vegetables from local suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily tracking and updating of market rates for fruits and vegetables
Sourcing fresh produce from local mandis/vendors at competitive prices
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and farmers
Ensuring procurement targets for quality and quantity are met
Coordinating with internal teams for demand planning and inventory alignment
Preparing basic reports using Excel for rate trends and procurement summary
Supporting cost control measures through effective negotiations
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing Fruits & Vegetables locally
Good knowledge of local mandi dynamics and seasonal produce trends
Basic Excel skills for maintaining records and reports
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
