Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic and driven *Sales Manager* to lead and grow our fruits and vegetables sales in the Bangalore (Kanamangala) region. This is a high-impact role that combines relationship-building with ground-level execution to ensure consistent supply and happy customers. Key Responsibilities: * Build, manage, and grow a base of institutional/B2B buyers like retailers, bulk buyers, or apartments * Ensure daily order fulfillment with quality produce and timely delivery * Manage relationships with farmers/suppliers to ensure produce availability * Coordinate with the sourcing and logistics team to align supply-demand * Track daily sales, collections, and ensure repeat business * Identify growth opportunities in the region – new routes, bulk buyers, seasonal demands * Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity --- Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fresh produce / agri sales / retail / FMCG * Deep understanding of fruits and vegetables category, quality parameters, and local market * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude * Comfortable with local travel and on-ground execution * Basic knowledge of mobile apps and WhatsApp for order coordination --- Nice to Have: * Kannada speaking proficiency * Existing relationships with local vendors, retailers, or farmers * Prior experience in startups or early-stage agri/retail companies Why Join Mulyam? * Be part of a mission-led company reshaping how India consumes fresh produce * Work directly with a passionate founding team * Growth-oriented environment with real ownership * Transparent, fast-paced, and fresh—just like our produce!
