Job Description

Role Objective:

To responsible for sourcing vendors, goods and services. To handling and managing vendors. Support to the category head (Procurement) in preparing and finalization of contract work orders and supply purchase orders. Conduct periodical vendor re-evaluation and MIS report

Key Responsibilities

Contracting and Procurement:

Collection of all the required data for floating of tender.
Checking and validation of all the relevant data and prepare the Request for Proposal (RFP).
Floating of tender to approved vendors and follow up for quotes as per time schedule.
Making of comparative statement (Technical and commercials) with existing rates.
Rate analysis of items and updating of current market rates.
Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation, and sub-contractors rate analysis
Prepare tender where QS not available/ addendums to tenders (major design changes).
Review of Consultant BOQ working and standardization of BOQ specs.
Preparation of work order, service order and purchase order in SAP.
Negotiation with vendors and contractors.
Conduct technical audits and billing audits for various sites as required.
Update the Rate Master as per the current market pricing
Conduct periodical vendor re-evaluation and MIS report.

Record keeping of the all documents and provide the required data to audit team.
