Procurement Executive

As a Procurement Executive, your role is to manage the procurement process efficiently, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services at a cost-effective rate while upholding quality standards. Your responsibilities will include sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to delivery. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing and nurturing relationships with vendors, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and build strong vendor relationships. - Procurement Planning: Develop and execute material procurement strategies to meet business needs while controlling costs. - Order Management: Manage purchase orders from creation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and resolving issues related to quality, quantity, and pricing. - Cost Analysis and Reporting: Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and enhance effectiveness. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for purchasing activities. - Quality Control: Review the quality of purchased products and take action with suppliers for substandard goods. - Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. - Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as warehouse and finance, to ensure smooth procurement operations.
