By focusing on recycling, reusing, and repurposing, you can play a vital role in building an inclusive, ethical, and circular ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct on-ground market research in North India to identify vendors, aggregators, and potential sourcing partners. - Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, traders, and recycling partners. - Collect, track, and analyze market data on prices, supply availability, and competitor activities. - Support the sales and sourcing teams with lead generation and vendor onboarding. - Negotiate basic terms with vendors under the guidance of the sourcing team. - Travel in assigned markets to expand ReCircle's sourcing and sales footprint. - Provide timely reports and insights to management for decision-making. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred). - 13 years experience in a purchase/procurement role. - Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. - Willingness to travel across North Indian markets. - Knowledge of local markets and vendor ecosystems will be an advantage. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn about recycling and sustainability.
