Procurement Executive

As a Procurement Engineer at Imperial Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., located in Vasai, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing, negotiation, and purchase of materials, equipment, and services for real estate projects. Your strong technical understanding of construction materials and engineering products, along with excellent vendor management skills, will ensure the timely delivery of quality materials to keep projects running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers for construction materials, finishes, MEP items, and services. - Prepare RFQs, compare bids, and negotiate for the best price, quality, and delivery terms. - Ensure timely procurement of materials in line with project schedules. - Collaborate with project, design, and site teams to understand technical requirements. - Maintain records of purchases, pricing, delivery schedules, and supplier performance. - Develop cost-saving strategies without compromising quality. - Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and statutory regulations. - Continuously monitor market trends, material innovations, and price fluctuations. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent. - 2-6 years of experience in procurement, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector. - Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor markets, and technical specifications. - Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement tools. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. - Analytical mindset with a cost-conscious approach. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
