Job Summary:

Purchase / Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Source materials, components, equipment, or services and negotiate contracts and pricing.
Generate purchase orders, ensure approvals, and track deliveries to meet project deadlines.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and seek new supply sources when necessary.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs.
Resolve issues related to delivery delays, defective goods, or discrepancies in invoices.
Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and cost.
Collaborate with the finance team on payment terms and invoice clearance.

Key Requirements:

Graduated (Any Field).
3-6 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (industry-specific experience preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Must have worked in Facility Management Industry.
