Procurement Executive

As a candidate for this role, your primary responsibility will be handling customer enquiries and quotation responses in Excel. You will need to coordinate prices and availability with vendors, ensuring timely procurement and release of purchase orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating orders and supplies with branches, providing documentation and invoice support to customers, and maintaining price and product analytics data. Qualifications: - Experience in purchase and invoicing, preferably in the FMCG industry - Experience in the food product industry and marine logistics would be a value-add - Proficiency in handling large lists and multiple product lines/categories - Any Diploma/Graduate with good spoken and written English skills Key Skills: - Advanced MS Excel skills - GST and product awareness - Proficiency in quotation, purchase order, and invoice management - Product and market knowledge of food products, technical stores, spares, and catering supplies - Knowledge of shipping-related documentation and procedures is advantageous Other Qualities: - Must be a fast learner - Ability to speak Hindi and other regional languages would be beneficial Please note that this is a full-time, regular/permanent role with a day shift schedule. The salary offered is INR 15,000. In addition to the salary, benefits such as Provident Fund will be provided. The work location is in person.,
