Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our procurement team as a fresher. The role involves assisting in sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services for the company.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in identifying potential suppliers and maintaining vendor databases
Collect quotations, compare prices, and prepare cost analysis sheets
Support in placing purchase orders and follow up on order deliveries
Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and service requirements
Assist in maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Liaise with vendors to resolve issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery delays
Prepare reports related to procurement performance and vendor performance
