Procurement Analyst & Labor Operations Specialist

As a Procurement Analyst & Labor Operations Specialist at Liberty Mutual, you will play a crucial role in managing contractor labor operations and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and requirements. Your expertise in SOW management within Fieldglass or any VMS will be essential in this position. You will be responsible for facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors, resolving billing and invoicing issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records related to contractor labor activities and SOW statuses. Key Responsibilities: - Manage contractor labor operations to ensure compliance with organizational policies. - Oversee SOW management in Fieldglass or any VMS, including creation, onboarding, modifications, and offboarding of contractors. - Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors. - Resolve billing and invoicing issues promptly in collaboration with finance, suppliers, and stakeholders. - Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to contractor labor activities and SOW statuses. - Act as a liaison between contractors, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. - Prioritize work effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain organized documentation. - Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels within the organization. Qualifications: - Minimum 6-9 years of experience in contractor labor operations, preferably with direct experience in Fieldglass VMS. - Proven expertise in managing SOWs, onboarding/offboarding contractors, and handling billing/invoicing queries. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and peers. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently. - Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in reporting and data management related to contractor workforce operations. - Bachelors / masters in business administration from a Top Tier Institute is preferred.
