Job Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment.Maintain updated records of products, suppliers, and purchasing activities.Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of materials.Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.Ensure all purchases comply with organizational policies and budgetary guidelines.Track deliveries and resolve any issues related to shortages, damages, or delays.Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.Prepare procurement reports and assist in budget planning.Requirements

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
