Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Processing Head at Adon Agro Commodities Limited, located in Mumbai. The Processing Head will oversee the production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing the processing team, monitoring quality control, implementing improvement plans, optimizing operational workflows, and supervising inventory management. The role also involves coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in production and supply chain management, including inventory management and process optimization
Proven leadership and team management skills for overseeing the processing team
Proficiency in quality control protocols, regulatory compliance, and safety standards
Ability to develop and implement process improvement strategies
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Effective communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
Prior experience in the food processing or FMCG industry is preferred
