Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Process Trainer based in Gurugram. The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, delivering new hire training sessions, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer. The role includes preparing training materials, presenting information clearly, and evaluating training effectiveness. The Process Trainer will work closely with various teams to identify and meet training needs.

Qualifications

• Skills in Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training
• Proficient in Presentation Skills and strong Communication abilities
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage training schedules
• Experience in the customer service, travel process (airlines and OTAs) is mandatory
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus), Travelport
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or related field
