Process Trainer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Trainer located in Noida (NCR). The Process Trainer will conduct training needs analysis and develop effective training programs for new hires. Daily tasks include delivering presentations, overseeing training sessions, and providing continuous coaching and feedback to enhance the skills and performance of employees. The Process Trainer will also collaborate with different departments to update training materials and address any training-related issues. Qualifications Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training skills Strong Presentation Skills and Communication abilities Analytical Skills Experience in creating and delivering training programs Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business or related field Minimum experience of 1 years as a process trainer Having relevant experience in BPO and have worked with any of these processess such as BFSI, Ecommerce, Consumer Durables, Travel and Hospitality industries.
