Job Description Process Trainer About the Role As a Process Trainer based in Siliguri, you will be responsible for delivering effective and engaging training sessions for customer support associates aligned with e-commerce accounts. You will play a key role in preparing new hires, supporting ongoing learning, and reinforcing process updates while driving excellence in service delivery and compliance.
