Process Trainer Assistant Manager (International Banking Domain- Personal or Commercial)

Location - Bangalore & Mumbai

Note-

Note-

Shift- US Shift.

Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.

Qualification- Graduate and postgraduate.

Notice Period- Immediate - 30 Days max

Years of experience and salary:

9- 14 Years - 14LPA Fixed + Variables.

Skills Required

Must have experience in Personal or Commercial banking domain.

TNA, TNI, TTT. OJT, IJT.

Multifaceted role that does instructional design work and delivers training on a wide variety of topics. The person selected for this opportunity will facilitate instructor led training courses, help create training resources, create exams, and certifications. The position will also evaluate existing training efforts to analyze the effectiveness and ROI to the business. The role holder is expected to have a strong understanding of Financial Services especially Banking domain. Exposure to Retail, Commercial banking with oversight of Compliance is expected. Background in compliance domain is an added benefit.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Conduct training for new and experienced employees
  • Constantly remain updated with financial industry relevant developments/requirements
  • Assist in the creation of eLearning courses, assessments, and certifications
  • Perform needs analysis and make training recommendations
  • Create and schedule classes
  • Establish and maintain an enthusiastic work environment and culture
  • Counsel and provide guidance to managers on employee professional development
  • Build relationships with managers and employees
  • Recommend improvements and ways to streamline training sessions and methods
  • Escalate issues posing business risk to management
  • Utilize the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register class participants, analyze training, and create training reports as needed

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience of working in Front office, middle office, back-office banking functions
  • Experience using software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Kahoot and/or Mentimeter
  • Experience applying Program/Project Management methodologies to practice

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills including annunciation of words on a phone and use of professional business language
  • Self-motivated and has a strong work ethic
  • Strong time management skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to translate conceptual thoughts to functional tasks.
