In this role, your responsibilities will include conducting thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with stakeholders to identify skill gaps within banking functions. You will be tasked with designing and implementing engaging curricula focusing on retail banking, corporate lending, treasury operations, and compliance frameworks. Your role will also involve delivering interactive training sessions through various formats such as classroom, virtual, and blended approaches, utilizing adult-learning best practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating e-learning modules, job aids, and assessments utilizing leading Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools. Evaluating participant performance, gathering feedback, and continuously improving content will be essential aspects of this role. Collaboration with subject-matter experts and leadership to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials will also be a key component of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate trainer in the banking domain. An in-depth understanding of retail banking, corporate lending, treasury operations, and regulatory compliance is crucial. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, proficiency in virtual training platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams, hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities are must-have qualifications. Preferred qualifications include a professional certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTM, ATD), experience in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles, familiarity with emerging banking technologies such as Fintech and digital banking platforms, and exposure to assessment tools and performance-metric frameworks. BFSI - Trainer Job Description: - Deliver end-to-end training for trainees in the Banking Domain along with knowledge of Finance & Accounts. Deliver employability skills/ Interpersonal skills-related training that empowers youth to take up employment. Apply experience and knowledge in conducting effective training in the domain skills as well as soft skills. Deliver training using innovative methods including activity-based learning, role plays, experiential learning, and sports for development techniques and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training. Conduct online video-based training with excellent platform skills. Maintain reports and run the content on internal systems. Evaluating and grading training assignments of trainees and conducting feedback. Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level. Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole. Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment. Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate placement. Assisting students one to one in learning. Counselling students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts. Prerequisites: - Stronghold in the Banking domain with fair knowledge of Accounting and Finance Excellent training delivery skills both online and offline. Hands-on use or quick learning of internal tools/ systems Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral) Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude Commitment and ownership Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in training Proficient in MS Office Critical thinking and decision-making Mentoring and Coaching skills Qualification and Work Experience: Graduate in any stream, with experience in accounting and finance OR Commerce graduate (Banking & Finance) At least 2+ years of experience in training in the BFSI domain along with knowledge of Finance & Accounts.
