Process Quality Analyst

Process Quality Assurance in Environmental Management System (EMS):

• Ensure all EMS-related processes comply with ISO 14001 or other relevant standards.
• Monitor and evaluate EMS procedures to identify areas of improvement and ensure environmental compliance.
• Develop and implement internal audit programs for the EMS, including audit planning, execution, reporting, and corrective action follow-up.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) related to environmental non-conformities.
• Maintain accurate EMS documentation, including process flows, procedures, and records.
• Conduct periodic reviews of environmental objectives, targets, and KPIs to assess process effectiveness.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in environmental performance and EMS efficiency.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure EMS integration into overall business operations and quality systems.
• Assist in the preparation and response to external audits and inspections (e.g., ISO audits, regulatory agency visits).
• Provide training and awareness programs for staff related to EMS processes and quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and risk management.
• Familiarity with audit methodologies, root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone), and CAPA.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
