Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in managing processes and leading teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Analyze and resolve process-related issues and problems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Monitor and report on process performance metrics and key indicators.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in process management or a related field.
Strong understanding of process management principles and methodologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
