Position tittle - Process Lead
POSITION PURPOSE The Process Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing procurement activities across price updates and sourcing adjacent processes This role requires advanced stakeholder engagement, negotiation skills, and the ability to leverage digital tools and analytics to drive value The incumbent will also anticipate market risks, align procurement activities with business strategies, and ensure process efficiency KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Price Update: Lead monitoring and initiation of price updates, ensuring alignment with demand owners and suppliers, oversee calculation index-based adjustments, manage additional approval processes, and ensure complete documentation and compliance Sourcing Adjacent: Drive tail spend optimization and approval processes, ensure system content maintenance, lead analysis and reporting activities, and address complex supplier and stakeholder queries Stakeholder & Negotiation Skills: Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead supplier negotiations for optimal outcomes Digital & Analytical Capabilities: Utilize procurement platforms, analytics, and data visualization tools to identify trends and drive cost optimization Strategic & Market Awareness (senior focus): Anticipate supply risks, cost drivers, and opportunities to align activities with category strategies and organizational goals Contract Management: Support activities related to contracts, including amendments, extensions, and terminations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in the contracting process KEY WORK RELATIONS: Procurement internal stakeholders Business Users Vendors S2P Country Partners Operations WHO YOU ARE: Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement operations or supply chain management with focus on strategic sourcing Technical Skills: Proficiency in procurement systems (eg SAP, Ariba, analytical platform) and Microsoft Office Suite Competencies: Strategic mindset, leadership, resilience, and decision-making abilities Strategic Sourcing Experience: Demonstrated experience and knowledge in sourcing, including supplier negotiations, market analysis, and sourcing strategy development Languages: Proficiency in English is required; other languages are an advantage Soft Skills: Effective communication and collaboration, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management Other Skills: Accountability, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilitiesDisclaimer: The job location mentioned in this description is based on publicly available information or company headquarters.
