Position Overview

The business has embarked on its Process Improvement program, which focuses on business analytics and process transformation. This role will help support the PI team on this journey, with data capture/analysis capability improvements and cost reduction projects.


Key Responsibilities


Supporting the Process Improvement Manager, this role will be involved in:


  • Manual and in-line data collection and analysis of process performance, including identification of non-value adding data entry time
  • Loss reduction, improvement data analysis and project tracking
  • Support for development of improved data collection methods
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly project/performance tracking and analysis, plus visualization of data



Required Qualifications

BA. Data Analyst or Process Engineering


Experience

Graduate in data analysis/data science field

Good communication skills

Experience with data analysis, visualization


Other Skills and HPO Competencies

Excel and data collection / analysis skills

Problem solving skills

Attention to detail (collection and inputting data)
