Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Process Excellence Senior Manager in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience and a strong background in process improvement, quality assurance, and project management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive projects towards successful implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop functional specifications.
Analyze data to measure process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation to support analysis and improvement, including business requirements and process maps.
Plan and implement quality assurance and compliance processes to ensure high standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on process improvement, quality assurance, and project management.
Strong understanding of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry trends and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and train others.
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies, focusing on continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
