Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive operational excellence across GCC functions
Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or digital transformation initiatives
Analyze processes and identify continuous improvement and transformation opportunities
Evaluate end-to-end processes for automation, digitization, or reengineering
Develop business cases with financial impact analysis
Design and scope solution plans including transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define ROI-driven projects.
Quantify business impact, track value realization and validate cost savings and efficiency gains

Champion process excellence frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)

Preferred candidate profile

8 to 14 Years of experience
3 to 5 years of experience in Process Improvement & Business Transformation in ITES environments
Involved into ROI
Champion process excellence frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, BPM)
Shift Time- UK Shift (12:30 pm to 9:30 pm)
