Job Description

To prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production & OEE reports

Achieve 100% daily target and eliminate/Reduce lean wastages in shopfloor
Ensure Daily audit of 5S, poke yoke condition in line
Prepare weekly defect reports by 8D, RCA method
Check LOB through time motion studies
Identify and Analyse VA and NVA activities in shopfloor and prepare mapping report
Daily Maintaining and checking of stocks through Oracle software
In charge of manpower, safety/kaizen activities
Prepare and maintain change management documents
Prepare MRM and 3C reports
Implement kaizens and SMED, FIFO concepts in shopfloor
Prepare monthly chemical consumption and scrap movement reportsRole & responsibilities
