Job Description

As a Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and improving existing chemical processes to increase efficiency, reduce breakdowns, and enhance product quality. - Conducting process engineering of fine chemical organic synthesis in batch process, continuous fixed bed catalysis, dynamic adsorption, and separation process. - Performing material and energy balance calculations, cost evaluation, simulation, modelling, and downtime projection analysis. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting technical issues in chemical manufacturing processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will work with various stakeholders such as production teams, R&D, and management to drive process improvements and implement changes. Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing new chemical processes and plant modifications. You will ensure seamless integration with existing operations while meeting project timelines and budgets. It is mandatory to have a background in Chemical Engineering from IIT for this position. This opportunity also involves a special task to plan and execute the vision of Operational Excellence in Leadership.,
