With over 20 years of experience and a background in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a multipurpose plant, including batch processes and the manufacturing of export products. Your expertise in hazardous chemical operations, batch process equipment mastery, and compliance management will be crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of plant operations. You will be responsible for managing the operations of chemical processes involving the addition of Diketene reactions for the production of Arylides. This will include handling batch processes, drying operations, and creating acidic strength as per the requirements. You will also be involved in pressure nutch filtration, BMR filling, and operating water ring vacuum pumps. Additionally, you will be required to handle DCS panel operations efficiently. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. The work location for this position is on-site. Responsible for Designing, writing, reviewing, and executing test cases, and Test case automation for Products based out of PCS 7. Responsible for writing bug reports and verifying them after fixes. In Addition, responsible for carrying out Performance Tests. Performs Test Automation of existing Test cases Involves in interacting with Business Partners for technical clarifications. Commissioning experience of process plants (Batch applications) Hands-on Experience with SIMATIC Batch, Route Control In depth understanding on FDA, GMP and CFR Worked on Redundant PLCs configurations. Worked on Failsafe configurations. Worked on SCADA HMI (in-depth knowledge) Hands on working Exp. on continuous and sequential control logics. Hands on working Exp. on field devices. Knowledge of communication interfaces like MPI, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet TCP/IP Knowledge on Product Testing.

You will be joining Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem limited as a Manager/ Sr. Manager- Process Excellence. In this role, your main responsibility will be to lead and establish Technology Transfer from R&D to Production, conduct pilot plant trials, and oversee manufacturing at the plant for commercial purposes. Additionally, you will be tasked with improving process efficiency. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will be based in Dahej. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a degree in B. Tech./ M. Tech / Ph. D. in Chemical Engineering, preferably from institutes such as NIT, IIT, IISC, UDCT, CSIR, HBTI, or equivalent. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the field. Your primary areas of focus will include process engineering of fine chemical organic synthesis in batch process, continuous fixed bed catalysis, dynamic adsorption, and separation processes. You will be responsible for process synthesis based on experimental data, intensification, design and verification of PFD, and preparation of P&ID. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the development of BEP (basic engineering package) for projects transitioning from R&D to scale-up (pilot) and manufacturing. In this role, you will also be involved in new project creation, timeline management, material and energy balance calculations, cost evaluation, simulation, modeling, bar chart or Gantt Chart preparation, and downtime projection analysis.,
