Process Engineer

Key Job Success factors (Key Responsibilities)

1. Prepare technical and commercial proposals for various enquiries/projects ETPs, CETPs, ZLDs, STPs and WTPs
2. Perform design and cost optimization. Reduce costs without affecting quality3. Prepare all required process design, drawings and documents

Technical Competencies

1. Minimum 1-5 years of work experience in Process Engineering in proposal/detail engineering in one or more of the following areas:
Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs), Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and Water Treatment Plants (WTPs).2. Experience and knowledge of Process flow diagram (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID), process calculations, equipment sizing, hydraulics calculations, HFD development and costing3. Experience and good understanding of basics in physical/chemical processes, biological processes, ultra-filtration (UF), reverse-osmosis (RO), evaporation and sludge treatment.

Knowledge and Skills

1. Knowledge of Process Engineering in proposal/detail engineering in one or more of the following areas:
Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs), Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and Water Treatment Plants (WTPs).

2. Ability to audit plants and draw inferences. Not must, having it will be an added advantage.

3. Understanding taxation and its impact on cost & price

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
