Job Description

1. Process Coordination & Monitoring

Coordinate daily operational tasks between different departments.
Track the status of ongoing activities, tasks, and projects.
Ensure deadlines and process guidelines are followed.

2. Communication & Follow-Up

Act as a point of contact between internal teams (Production, Sales, Design, Installation, Accounts).
Follow up with team members for pending tasks and updates.
Communicate important updates or instructions to relevant teams.

3. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain process reports, trackers, and documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
Update progress sheets, checklists, and dashboards.

4. Workflow Optimization

Identify delays, bottlenecks, and process gaps.
Suggest improvements to streamline operations.
Support in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).

5. Quality Check & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and policies.
Verify that tasks are completed accurately and as per requirements.

6. Coordination with Clients & Vendors (if required)

Share updates or collect necessary information related to project tasks or timelines.
Coordinate for approvals, documents, or materials when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
