Process Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operations between sales, site, and back-office teams.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation.

Track and monitor the progress of property transactions and client requirements.

Assist in process improvement, workflow optimization, and timely reporting.

Facilitate smooth communication between teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

MS Office and Google Sheets

Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Prior experience in real estate operations or administrative coordination is an advantage.

Basic understanding of sales processes and brokerage-related activities in the real estate sector.
