Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily process operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain accurate process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support management in process planning and implementation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively between departments to resolve operational issues
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Coordinate meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Assist in training and onboarding new employees on process guidelines
  • Monitor resources and ensure timely task completion
  • Handle communication with clients, vendors, or external teams as required
  • Support audits and ensure all documentation is up to date
  • Maintain process-related data in ERP/CRM or other systems
  • Escalate issues to management for quick resolution
