Job Summary:
We are looking for a Process Coordinator to oversee and streamline our daily operations and workflows. The candidate will ensure processes are completed efficiently and on time, while maintaining effective communication with the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and coordinate daily operational processes.
· Schedule team tasks and workflows, ensuring deadlines are met.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest them to management.
· Maintain accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation.
· Ensure effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
· Monitor compliance with processes and quality standards.
· Escalate issues and bottlenecks promptly and suggest solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and process management tools.
