Process Consultant

Job Title: Process Consultant
Experience: 3–4 years
Location: Coimbatore

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyse, document, and optimise business processes across various functions.
• Identify gaps and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support senior consultants in designing and implementing process strategies.
• Manage and interpret process-related data using MS Excel and other tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–4 years of experience in process analysis or consulting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of other analytical tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
